Drewplus* L-3200 and Drewplus* L-3210 are 20% active foam control emulsions for use in water-based coatings, overprint varnishes and the synthesis of polymer emulsions.Due to its high ease of incorporation, Drewplus* L-3200 and Drewplus* L-3210 foam control agents are particularly suitable for low viscosity coating systems applied by flowcoat,dip,curtain coating orroller and brush. At elevated dosage levels, Drewplus* L-3200 and Drewplus* L-3210 foam control agents are very suitable for spray applied topcoats (air, hvlp, airmix, airless). Further, Drewplus* L-3200 and Drewplus* L-3210 foam control agents are highly suitable for controlling foam in emulsion polymerization processes.Drewplus*L-3200 and Drewplus*L-3210 foam control agents exhibit a superb balance between activity and compatibility and are formulated with new hydrophobic polymer based active ingredients.

The dosage of Drewplus*L-3200 and Drewplus* L-3210 foam control agents ranges from 0.5 -2.0% based on weight of formulation. Most optimum performance will be achieved when added under low to moderate shear conditions in the letdown phase or after addition of the rheology modifiers. However, a part of the total dosage can also be applied during the mill base stage.

packaging

Drewplus*L-3200 and Drewplus* L-3210 foam control agents are packed in 25 kg open-head PE pails and 150 kg (net) open-head PE drums. Under normal storage conditions, Drewplus* L-3200 and Drewplus* L-3210 foam control agents have good stability. To ensure homogeneity, it is recommended to gently stir the

product before use.
