Epoxy Curing Agents and Modifiers
Ancamine 1608 is a modified aliphatic polyamine adduct curing agent designed for use as an ambient temperature curing agent for epoxy resin. It provides outstanding resistance to solvents and alcohols when formulated into solvent free and high solids coatings with liquid epoxy resin/epoxy novolac combinations. In addition this light coloured rapid curing aliphatic amine adduct imparts good mechanical properties when used in adhesives, laminates and electrical applications.
Category:Hardener

ADVANTAGES

• Excellent chemical resistance againsttrichloroethane, xylene, water, detergent solutions, inorganic acids, alkalis and denatured alcohols; good chemical resistance against alcohols and skydrol.

• Good mechanical properties in adhesives, laminates and electrical applications.

• Fast curing accelerator.
