• Excellent toughness flexibility.
• Excellent chemical resistance.
• Easy formulation by 1/1 ratio.
• Low toxicity in comparison with aliphatic polyamine.
EXAMPLES OF STANDARD FORMULATION
1) Adhesive for metal to metal
SUNMIDE 315 50
DER#331 50
Filler 0 ~ 150
2) Adhesive for rubber or flexible plastics
SUNMIDE 315 60
DER#331 40
(Increase portion of Sunmide 315 in case adherant has flexibility.)
3) Epoxy Coal tar
Part A
Liquid Epoxy resin 60 parts (wt)
Coal tar 100 parts (wt)
Part B
SUNMIDE 315 40 parts (wt)
(Mix both thoroughly and apply more if necessary. You may add solvent in the above formulation.)
