Epoxy Curing Agents and Modifiers
Sunmide 315 is a room temperature curing hardener and widely used with aliphatic-polyamine. This hardener especially provides flexible and tough cured resin. Excellent adhesion will be obtained due to its flexibilizing effect. This is widely used for industrial uses as room temperature curing type hardener and can be used in 1/1 ratio with conventional liquid epoxy resins.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Low toxicity in comparison with aliphatic polyamine.

1) Adhesive for metal to metal

(Increase portion of Sunmide 315 in case adherant has flexibility.)


3) Epoxy Coal tar

Coal tar 100 parts (wt)


Part B 

SUNMIDE 315      40 parts (wt) 

(Mix both thoroughly and apply more if necessary. You may add solvent in the above formulation.)


PACKING

In 180 kgs net per steel drum


STORAGE

Stable under temperate or tropical conditions.

Recommended shelf life – 1 year

Always ensure that all health and safety procedures are in accordance with local and national Government requirements.  Normal handling precautions should be observed, and in he event of contamination the affected parts should be washed with soap and water.
